Faith hadn’t gone to Sunnydale with the intention of rebelling against her duty and fate as a Slayer. It had just been something that had ended up happening. Perhaps rebellion against authority was just an integral part of her nature. But at the time, Faith had turned against her sacred duty as a Slayer because of Buffy the how of it was more complex than it had appeared to be, but it had happened so quickly that it had left her breathless. Faith never bothered to look within herself for the reasons rather she moved with the flow, and by doing so she ended up turning against the duty and fate that had been given to her when she had become a Slayer.
