            As Faith patiently waited for the blonde Slayer to wake up, she thought about how it was unfair that she should have everything, while Faith got left with second best. Sure she had Angelus but there was something missing from the dark vampire that only Angel possessed. She didn’t think it was the soul, but she did miss the way that Angel’s eyes would light up when he was happy. Angelus’ eyes were merely flat dark chocolate orbs that one couldn’t get lost in. Currently he was staring at Buffy with lust in his eyes, proving that once again she was only the second choice. It didn’t matter that she had gone bad or that she had helped him take down Buffy, all that mattered to Angelus was Buffy. He might lust after her and he might want her, but Faith knew that she would never be Buffy. She smirked as the blonde slowly started to come to; she decided that she was going to make this as painful as possible for Buffy. It might not be Buffy’s fault that everyone preferred her to Faith, but she was still going to pay for it.
