Okay it's been awhile since I've worked on this one. But it finally clicked into place. It must be all that Spike I've been writing again. Please be aware that the Spike/Buffy pairing is only a secondary one at most. And there will be Angel/Willow interaction soon.

Notes: Set during BTVS S. 6/ATS S. 3. For the sake of the story, the Connor storyline doesn’t exist. Written for velvetwhip who made the original request.

            Spike was furious. He couldn’t believe that Angel had burst into town, beaten him up and then left with Willow. He had been working on making Willow his little pet, and it hadn’t been an easy task for him. First he had had to convince Tara, that Willow would be better off if she put distance between the two of them. Then he had had to convince Buffy and the others that Willow was dangerous. Of course, some of Willow’s actions had helped him out along the way. But it still had been a hard task. And he had been so close tonight in breaking the girl. He worried for a minute it he had gone to far when he had been pushing her. However, he had no real proof. All Buffy would tell him was that Angel needed the witch for a case that he was working on.
            If Spike was furious about Angel’s intervention with Willow, he was enraged about his interference with Buffy. The Slayer had come by a second time and instead of being all concerned, she had kept telling him with tears in her eyes that their relationship, for lack of a better word, had to be over. She felt dirty for using him and for allowing him to do the things to her that he had done so she could feel bad. It wouldn’t have been so bad, if Spike had had Willow to fall back on but now he was alone. And it was all Angel’s fault.
            Spike growled in frustration as he thought about everything that had gone on. He swore that Angel would pay for interfering and messing up his life yet again. And this time, Spike would finish him off for good instead of just torturing him.
