I did a drabble/ficlet request last month over at aaronlisa because I was getting burnt out when it came to writing Faith for fanfic100 & joss100 , this is one of the results of that request.

Notes: Written for malnpudl who wanted to see a drabble with Oz and the colour grey. Set during BTVS Season Four.

Leaving Sunnydale and Willow had been the hardest thing that he had ever done. However the combination of the power of the Hellmouth and the intense feelings that he had for the redhead had made it hard for him to control the wolf that was inside of him. As he looked at the grey sky, he realized that controlling the wolf had to come before anything else in his life, including music and love. Before he had been infected, he had been very calm and slow to anger, but in the last six months he had noticed that he had been slowly changing. Where he once was slow to anger and laid back, he was now quick to anger and he was afraid what would happen if he lost control. And after seeing someone like Veruca, he was even more afraid of what would happen if he didn’t learn how to control the animal inside of him. He didn’t want to become a monster just because he had one trapped inside of his body.
