            Being a Slayer forced Faith to look at the world in the simplest of terms: good and bad. Black and white. Dark and light. Day and night. She couldn’t afford to waste her time looking for shades of grey in everything that she saw. Things were either one thing or they were the polar opposite. There was no in between, and if she wasted her time looking for something in between she could risk her life. In many ways it was this tunnel vision of hers that caused her to cast herself in the role of the Bad Slayer. She had killed a man, it didn’t matter if it was an accident or not. She had gone to the dark side like some character in a cheesy movie and she didn’t even have the motivation of greed or power or anything else. She could only blame her tunnel vision.
